As the Chief Financial Officer at Digitide, Suraj is responsible for Corporate finance, Treasury, Business finance, Taxation, Finance Planning and Analysis, & Financial reporting. Prior to taking this role, Suraj served as the Group Deputy CFO of Quess Corp Ltd. leading Group Controllership, Financial Reporting, strategic restructuring, Treasury operations across 40+ legal entities of the group.
As a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost & Management Accountant (CMA), and Company Secretary (CS), along with a PGDBA in Operations, Suraj brings a comprehensive skill set encompassing Corporate finance, Taxation, Treasury, Legal compliance, Procurement, Facilities etc.

In his earlier role as CFO of AXA Business Services, he spearheaded cross-border Global Capability Center operations in India and Morocco, driving financial restructuring and implementing future-ready operating models and cross-border taxation strategies. At Aditya Birla Group, he contributed to the profitability and market share of its telecom business in various leadership positions. Gurmeet Chahal is the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Digitide, leading its transformation and growth. Under his leadership, Digitide is at the forefront of innovation in Business Process Services, AI & Digital Services, Technology Services, and Platform Services, catering to global clients. Gurmeet is steering Digitide on an ambitious growth trajectory, with a vision to scale the company from $350 million to $1 billion, driven by innovation, technology and a commitment to excellence.

With over 25 years of experience in global digital transformation, he has worked across industries including healthcare, financial services, hi-tech, and manufacturing. Before joining Digitide, he was the SVP & Global Leader of Digital Transformation Services at Genpact, where he played a pivotal role in repositioning and scaling the $1 billion Digital Transformation Business. A passionate advocate for AI and digital innovation, Gurmeet has recently completed executive programs in AI Strategies for Business Transformation from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management and AI Implications for Business Strategy from MIT. He is based in New Jersey.

Saket has more than 25 years of sales leadership experience in business transformation, technology services & process outsourcing, with a consistent track record of building high performance teams and creating business-aligned solutions for Fortune 500 companies. In his previous role, Saket led Sales, Solutioning and Presales for AWS Capital Markets and Financial Data Provider Verticals. He built and executed the US Financial Services sales and marketing strategy for AWS Professional Services helping AWS Professional Services grow 1O folds in 5 years. He was a member of the Leadership Cohort and Mentorship Program for future Amazon leaders.

Prior to AWS at Accenture LLP, he led the US and Canada Financial Services new business acquisition, managing their strategic client portfolio. He designed and sold scaled Al solutions to drive savings and improve customer satisfaction in the insurance claims business process for their top five US insurers. Saket has held leadership positions at HCL Technologies, Mphasis and Perot Systems Corporation.

Marc is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in financial strategy, operational efficiency, and leadership. Country Head Canada – Canada (Mindwire & Brainhunter), he is responsible for driving the growth and direction of the Canadian division for the past nine years. During this time he has delivered revenue growth, while achieving cost efficiencies, and the implementation of systems that support business expansion. His leadership style promotes open communication and drives collaboration, building high-performing effective teams.
Prior to his current role, Marc has held senior positions such as SVP of Finance & Operations and Corporate Controller, where amongst other responsibilities he was responsible for the reporting, tax compliance and governance of the public listed company as well as leading the due diligence process for over nine acquisitions in a three year period, integrating the finance and accounting systems for the consolidated $200 million entity. A proven business transformation leader, Marc leverages technology to streamline operations and evolve business models for sustainable growth. Marc is a CPA, CA, from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University.

Daniele Pedrazzoli has a multi decade tenure as a growth and operations leader with extensive experience driving transformation and innovation in financial services and insurance. With a proven track record across Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups, he has successfully led large-scale operational strategies, M&A integrations, technology and digital initiatives
His leadership extends across top insurance firms, including Liberty Mutual, QBE, and Swiss Re, where he spearheaded financial restructuring and strategic repositioning, resulting in over $100M in operational efficiencies. In the service industry Daniele has led complex transformation for Genpact in Insurance and Finance & Accounting.
Currently as US Country Head for Digitide, Daniele is steering the company for growth in the primary international market.
